Components
Dismantle
|
|
- Dump fuel pressure.
- Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator.
- Drain охладительную system.
|
|
|
|
In order to avoid a burn, do not open a stopper of a drain aperture and a radiator cover if the engine and a radiator have not cooled down yet. A burning liquid and steam can be pulled out outside under pressure if the stopper and a cover are opened too early. |
|
- Remove воздухозаборный a sleeve.
|
|
- Disconnect following electric wire conclusions:
- The valve рециркуляции the fulfilled gases
- Wires of grounding from an inlet collector
- The gauge of absolute pressure of a collector
- The gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid of the engine
- Wire conclusions of injectors at муфты
- The gate for release of not condensed gases
- The gauge of position of the case throttle заслонок
- The regulating pneumovalve

|
- Disconnect a rope of an accelerator and a cable of a drive throttle заслонок А/Т (for models А/Т) from the case throttle заслонок.
|
- Disconnect following hoses:
- Brake sleeve from an inlet collector
- Pneumohose from the gate for release of not condensed gases
- Hose of a cooling liquid of the engine (the target party) from the case throttle заслонок
- Entrance hose of a radiator from a thermostat cover
- Hose of compulsory ventilation картера from an inlet collector and the case throttle заслонок
- Hose of giving of fuel and returnable hose from each pipe
- Vacuum hose from an inlet collector

- Remove regulating shoulder of the generator.
|
- Remove elements of rigidity of an inlet collector from an inlet collector.
|
|
- Remove an inlet collector with the case throttle заслонок from a cylinder head, and then its lining.
|
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Repeat dismantling procedure upside-down for the purpose of installation, without forgetting about the following.
|
|
- Use a new lining for an inlet collector.
|
|
|
- At installation of an inlet collector, establish clips in the positions specified in drawing.
|
|
|
- Adjust люфт a rope of an accelerator and люфт a cable of a drive throttle заслонок А/Т (for models А/Т).
|
- Check up, whether all removed parts are put into place. Repeatedly establish any necessary parts which have not been earlier established.
- Back fill cooling system, having addressed to Section Washing and filling of system of cooling in the Head engine Cooling.
- Adjust a tension приводного a belt of the water pump, having addressed to Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in the Head engine Cooling.
- On termination of installation turn the ignition key on ВКЛ, leaving the engine switched off, and check up fuel leak.
- At last, include the engine and check up, whether engine antifreeze proceeds.
