The table of diagnostics of a control system of a full drive

Before to carry out diagnostics of malfunctions, check up, that transfer and forward differential were in good repair, and there was no leak of air from air hoses and the actuator. Air leak is described in the given section in Section Service out of a workshop.

Notes on check of the electroscheme of system:

  • Before to start electroscheme check, read Safety measures at service of electric chains in the Head 0A and follow the recommendations stated there.
  • The system electroscheme the General description in the given Chapter see drawing in Section.
  • The sequence of contacts is described in the given Chapter, in Section Check of the electroscheme of management by a full drive.

Check up the electroscheme of the switch of a full drive.

Include the switch of ignition and check up, that pressure between contacts С51-2-18 and С51-3-17 ("earth") for G16/J20 was the following:

* When the gear change lever in position N or 2Н: 10-14 Volt

* When the gear change lever in position 4 L or 4Н: 0-1 Volt

Results of check are satisfactory?

Pass to a step 3

Check up the switch of a full drive (the Mechanical transmission (type 1) see the Head), electroschemes “B/Or” and “B” the switch of a full drive. If everything is all right, replace with the serviceable electronic block of management and recheck

Check up a food.

Include the ignition switch.

Check up pressure between contacts С51-2-7 and С51-3-17 ("earth") for G16/J20. Results of check should be the following:

* When the gear change lever in position N or 2Н: 0-1 Volt

* When the gear change lever in position 4L or 4Н: 10-14 Volt

Results of check are satisfactory?

Pass to a step 4

Check up the scheme “R”. If everything is all right, replace with the serviceable electronic block of management and recheck

Check up the electroscheme of the air pump.

Check up correctness of connection with the air pump on all contacts.

Include the ignition switch.

Check up pressure between contacts С51-2-27 and С51-3-17 ("earth") for G16/J20. Results of check should be the following:

* When the gear change lever in position N or 2Н: 0-1 Volt

* When the gear change lever in position 4L or 4Н (more than 4 seconds after switching in 4L or 4Н): 10-14 Volt

Results of check are satisfactory?

Pass to a step 5

Check up the air pump as Service out of a workshop, and then the electroscheme “P” is described in Section. If everything is all right, replace with the serviceable electronic block of management and recheck

Check up the electroscheme of a bulb of the indicator of a full drive.

Include the ignition switch.

Check up pressure between contacts Е61-19 and С51-3-17 ("earth") for G16/J20. Results of check should be the following:

* When the gear change lever in position N or 2Н: 10-14 Volt

* When the gear change lever in position 4L or 4Н: 0-1 Volt

Results of check are satisfactory?

Control system of a full drive in a good condition

Check up the scheme “Or/B” (including a bulb of the indicator and the complex counter). If everything is all right, replace with the serviceable electronic block of management and recheck
