Removal
|
|
- Turn a steering wheel so that forward wheels of the car have been directed directly forward.
- Turn the ignition switch in position “LOCK” and take out a key.
- Put levelling labels (3) on муфту a shaft (2) and a shaft (on the party of the top shaft or on the column party) that on them correctly to establish into place.

- Having removed a bolt (4) with муфты a shaft from outside the top shaft or a column and having weakened a bolt (5) from outside the bottom shaft, pull муфту a shaft (2) towards the bottom shaft (as shown arrows).

- Put levelling labels on bottom муфту bottom a shaft an and шестеренчатый a shaft that on them correctly to establish.
- Remove a bolt (2) bottom муфты the bottom shaft, then remove the bottom shaft.

- Remove a bolt муфты a shaft (from outside the bottom shaft) with муфты a shaft, then remove муфту a shaft (3) from the bottom shaft (1).

Installation
|
|
- Be convinced that forward wheels and a steering wheel are directed directly forward.
|
|
- Combine a flat part “A” the bottom shaft with an aperture for a bolt “B” муфты a shaft (2). Then insert муфту a shaft into the bottom shaft.
|
- Establish a bolt муфты a shaft (from outside the bottom shaft) on муфту a shaft. Tighten manually.
- Insert шестеренчатый a shaft in bottom муфту the bottom shaft, having combined the labels put preliminary. Then establish a bolt (2) bottom муфты the bottom shaft on bottom муфту the bottom shaft. Tighten to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. The inhaling moment: a bolt bottom муфты the bottom shaft — 25 Н•м (2.5 kg th, 18.0 pounds-foots).

- Establish муфту a steering shaft (2) on a steering shaft, having combined the labels (3) put before removal.

- Establish a bolt муфты a shaft (from outside the top shaft or a column) (2) on муфту a shaft (1). At first tighten a bolt муфты a shaft (from outside columns) (3) to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling, and then a bolt муфты a shaft (from outside the bottom shaft) to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling. The inhaling moment: a bolt муфты a shaft (b): 25 Н•м (2.5 kg th, 18.0 pounds-foots).
