Function

The switch of a full drive
|
When the gear change lever is switched in position 4L or 4H, this switch joins and forces to join the monitoring system of a full drive if the lever not to switch in position N or 2Н within 1 second.
|
The electronic block of management
|
When the switch of a full drive joins (if it not to switch off within 1 second), this component starts pump work. If pressure in the air pump does not rise above the established level even after 10 seconds of work of the pump, this component stops the motor to protect it.

The air pump
*Мотор the pump
*Предохранит. The valve
*Выключатель pressure
|
The air pump consists of the motor of the pump, safety (перепускного the valve) and the pressure switch.
The pump motor: forms positive pressure which includes the actuator.
Safety valve: It is closed, when the gear change lever is switched in position 4Н or 4L so positive pressure arrives to the actuator, and opens, when position of transfer N or 2Н to let out pressure in atmosphere.
The pressure switch: it joins and switched off depending on pressure level in the pump (above or below the established level). The electronic block of management defines pressure level on this switch.

The differential case
*Свободная the axis plug
*Муфта axis blocking
*Пускатель
|
The free plug of an axis, муфта blocking of an axis and the actuator are established in the left case of differential. The positive pressure created in the air pump, moves on the actuator which pushes муфту axis blocking in gearing with the free plug of an axis. In this condition force of a drive is told to a forward axis that creates a mode of a full drive.
When in the actuator there is no positive pressure (when it at atmospheric pressure), муфта axis blocking is pushed back with force of a returnable spring and cannot enter gearing with the free plug of an axis that creates a drive mode on two wheels.

Bulb of the indicator of a full drive
|
It lights up, when the control system of a full drive is in a mode of a full drive.
