Dismantling/assemblage
The Mechanical transmission (type 1) see the Head.
Removal
|
|
|
|
- The special tool (A) hold a flywheel motionlessly and remove bolts of a cover of coupling (1), a cover of coupling (2) and a coupling disk. The special tool (A): 09924-17810.
|
|
|
- By means of the special tool (B) and a wrench (2) pull out the bearing of a leading shaft (1).
- The special tool:
- (B): 09917-58010 (engine G16)
- (B): 09923-73210 (engines J20)
|
- Remove the bearing of deenergizing of coupling and a deenergizing plug.
|
|
Check
The bearing of a leading shaft and the bearing of deenergizing of coupling
Check up the bearing on smoothness of rotation and replace it if malfunction is found out.
Coupling disk
|
|
Measure depth утопления rivets, that is distance between a head of a rivet and a working surface of a disk. If will find out in any aperture depth of a rivet on a working limit, replace a disk.
- Depth of a head of a rivet:
- The standard: 1.6 mm (0.06 inches)
- Working limit: 0.5 mm (0.02 inches)

Coupling cover
|
|
- Check up диафрагменную a spring on excessive deterioration or damages.
- Check up a press plate on deterioration or thermal stains.
- If malfunction is found out, replace all detail. Do not assort it on a diaphragm and a press plate.

Flywheel
Check up a surface contacting to a disk of coupling, on uncharacteristic deterioration or thermal stains. If necessary replace or repair.
Installation
|
|
Before assemblage be convinced that the surface of a flywheel and a press plate is cleared and dried carefully up. |
|
|
|
|
- Establish a flywheel (1) on a cranked shaft and tighten to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling bolts (2) on which preliminary put hermetic. The special tool (A): 09924-17810. “A”: hermetic 99000-31110.
- The inhaling moment
- (): 78 Н•м (7.8 kg th, 56.5 pounds-foots) (engine G16)
- (): 70 Н•м (7.0 kg th, 50.5 pounds-foots) (engine J20)

- By means of the special tool (B) establish the bearing of a leading shaft on a flywheel (1). The special tool (B): 09925-98210.
|
|
|
- Level a disk of coupling with the centre of a flywheel by means of the special tool (C), establish a cover of coupling (1) and bolts (2). Tighten bolts to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling.
- The special tool:
- (A): 09924-17811
- (C): 09923-36330 (engine G16)
- (C): 09923-36320 (engine J20)
- The inhaling moment
- (A): 23 Н•м (2.3 kg th, 16.5 pounds-foots)

|
- At a tightening of bolts of a cover of coupling (2) compress a disk of coupling by a hand by means of the special tool (C) to centre a disk.
- Gradually in regular intervals tighten cover bolts in a diagonal order.
|
|
|
- Establish a clip (2) on a plug of deenergizing of coupling (1) and put greasing on a plug of deenergizing of coupling (1).
|
- Then establish a plug of deenergizing of coupling (1) and the bearing of deenergizing of coupling (4). “A”: greasing 99000-25010.
- Put a few greasings on a leading shaft (3). Then connect a transmission to the engine. The Mechanical transmission (type 1) see the Head. “B”: greasing 99000-25210.

Wrench turn a cranked shaft in a forward part and insert a leading shaft of a transmission (3) on a coupling disk so that were hooked шлицы. |
