Spark plug

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Extend a high voltage wire, keeping its cap.
  2. Remove the ignition coil, having addressed to Section Assemblage of the coil of ignition (an igniter and the ignition coil) in the given Chapter.
  1. Remove a spark plug (1).

Survey

At service iridievyh / platinum spark plugs (type of candles with a thin central electrode), do not touch the central electrode not to damage it. An electrode not strong enough to sustain mechanical effort, and its material also mechanically not so strong.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Check up them on:
    • Deterioration of electrodes
    • Carbon adjournment
    • Isolation damage
  1. If any malfunction is found out, adjust an air backlash, clear a special cleaner for свеч ignitions or replace them with new candles as it is specified. An air backlash of a spark plug "a": 1.0-1.1 mm (0.039 - 0.043 inches). Spark plug type: NGK BKR6E-11/IFR6E 11/IFR6J11, DENSO K20PR-U11/SK20PR-A11.

Extremely it is recommended to use NGKIFR6E11 or IFR6J11 for the best start of the engine.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Establish a spark plug (1) and tighten it according to the specified twisting moment of an inhaling. An inhaling twisting moment: a candle () ignitions) — 25 Н•м (2.5 kg th, 18.0 pounds-foots).
  1. Establish ignition coils, having addressed to Section Assemblage of the coil of ignition (an igniter and the ignition coil) in the given Chapter.
  2. Establish a high voltage wire, keeping its cap.
