Replacement

- Remove a console box and lift casings №2 and №3 levers of a transmission as it is described in the Head the Mechanical transmission (type 1), in Section the gear change Lever.
- Remove a casing №2 (4) levers of transfers, disconnect wires on the transfer case to release it, and extend фитинг (1).
- Replace the switch of a full drive (3) and connect, as was originally. The inhaling moment (a): 20 Н•м (2.0 kg th, 14.5 pounds-foots).

- Include the ignition switch, switch the gear change lever in position 4WD (a full drive) and check up, that the indicator burnt. After check switch off the switch.

- At removal and switch installation be accurate, that the dust has not got in a transmission.
- Do not forget to establish a clip on wires which are located so that them it is not visible.
- It is recommended to work with a casing №1 levers of a gear change from the bottom access when the car is lifted.

Check
|
|
- Disconnect a clip and фитинг the switch of a full drive.
- Work of the switch (2) switchings of a full drive can be checked up.

- On these contacts there should be a conductivity when the switching lever is switched in position 4H and 4L.
- On termination of check connect фитинг and a clip of wires as was originally.

At switch replacement be accurate, that the dust has not got to transfer through a switch aperture. |
