The gear change lever
Removal
|
|
- Remove covers (1) from boxes of the central console.
|
|
- Remove the top cover of a box of the back central console (2).
|
- Remove 6 nuts, then remove a back central box of the console (3) and a forward central box of the console (4).
|
|
- Remove an arm of a console box (2) and a cover of a casing (1).
|
- Lift a casing №3 (3) and a casing №2 (5).
|
|
- Remove a clip of a casing and lift a casing №.1 (4) from the case of the lever of a gear change (7).
|
- Having pressed fingers downwards a cover of the case of switching of gear wheels (8), turn it counter-clockwise and take out the lever of switching (6).
|
|
Check and installation
|
|
- Check up the bottom part of the lever of switching and an adjusting layer of the lever on excessive deterioration, and a casing – on damages. If necessary, replace or correct.
|
|
- If adjusting bolts of the lever (1) are replaced or tightened anew, tighten them till the moment of an inhaling specified below value.
|
- At replacement of adjusting bolts of the lever (1) cement for carving putty is required. “B”: cement 99000-32110. The inhaling moment: an adjusting bolt of the lever (a) — 17 Н•м (1.7 kg th, 12.5 pounds-foots).
- Put greasing on rotating parts and a nest, then establish the switching lever. “A”: greasing 99000-25010.

- Establish the lever of switching (2) in the case of the lever of switching.
|
- Having pressed a hand downwards a cover of the case of switching of gear wheels (1), turn a cover of the case of switching of gear wheels (1) clockwise.
|
|
- Establish a casing №1 (1) from within a compartment and reliably fix a new clip (2).
|
|
|
- Establish a casing №2 (2) with a cover of a casing (3) arm of a console box (1). The inhaling moment: a bolt of a cover of a casing of the lever (a) — 15 Н•м (1.5 kg th, 11.0 pounds-foots).
|
- Establish a console box.
|
|
- Having established a casing №3 (1) in covers (2), establish covers (2) on the central console boxes.
