Support of a brake of a forward disk
Removal
|
|
- Lift a vehicle and remove a wheel.
- Remove an assembly bolt of a flexible hose of a brake (3) from a support (1). As thus the liquid can flow out from a hose (2), prepare and hold near at hand (5).

|
- Remove bolts of a pin of a support or bolts of a pin of a sled of a support.
|
- Remove a support.
|
|
Dismantling
|
|
- Before analysis, clear all round a support of a brake liquid.
- Remove a sound-proof lining (if the car is equipped by it) and submit compressed air to the cylinder through an aperture for a bolt, there, where the flexible hose fastened. At such pressure of air pressure, the piston can be pushed out from the cylinder.
|
|
Do not submit too strongly compressed air which the piston can force to jump out of the cylinder. It should be taken out, using moderately compressed air. Do not undertake fingers a forward part of the piston when use compressed air. |
|
|
- Remove piston consolidation, using a thin edge, for example, щуп, etc.
|
|
|
Be cautious not to damage an internal part of the cylinder. |
|
|
Survey
Cylinder boot
|
|
Check up, whether there are no damages, cracks to a boot. If the boot is faulty, replace it. |
Piston consolidation
|
|
Excessive or non-uniform deterioration of an overlay колодки can testify to not smooth reverse motion of the piston. In this case replace rubber consolidation. |
Assemblage
Collect a forward brake in an order, the return to analysis, pay attention to the following.
|
|
- Wash out each part absolutely before placing it in the same liquid that is used in a tank of the main cylinder.
- Never use other liquids or a thinner.
- Before installation of the piston and piston consolidation in the cylinder, fill with their liquid.
- After assemblage of brake highways, pit from them air.
|
Piston consolidation
Piston consolidation is used for piston and cylinder consolidation and backlash adjustment between колодкой and a disk. At each partition change consolidations for the new. Establish piston consolidation in a cylinder groove cautiously not to bend it.
The piston and boot

|
|
|
- Before an insert of the piston (2) in the cylinder, establish a boot (1) on the piston.
|
|
|
- Establish a boot as in item 1, in a boot groove in the cylinder, keeping its fingers. Check up and be convinced that the boot has completely risen in a groove in the cylinder on all circle.
|
|
|
- Insert the piston into the cylinder hands and establish a boot in a boot groove in the piston.
|
|
|
- To be convinced that the boot has risen in a cylinder groove properly, extend the piston from the cylinder a little, but do not take out completely.
|
- Insert the piston into the cylinder hands
|
|
- Establish soundproofing lining if the car is equipped by it.
|
|
|
Support
|
|
Before support installation (the cylinder case) in the holder, check up and be convinced that the pin of a sled or a bolt of a pin of the sled, inserted into the holder of each support, can smoothly in a direction of axial loading. |
|
|
|
|
If the temperature falls to cold weather to-30 C, use the rubber greasing which viscosity varies even at-40 C (-40F) a little. |
|
Installation
|
|
|
|
- Establish a support in the holder of a support. The twisting moment of an inhaling of bolts of a pin of a support (or bolts of a pin of a sled of a support) (1) should correspond to specifications.
|

- Bolt of a pin of a sled of a support (M 10) (a): 50 Н•м (5.0 kg th, 36.5 pounds-foots)
- Bolt of a pin of a sled of a support (M 12) (b): 85 Н•м (8.5 kg th, 61.5 pounds-foots)

Be convinced that boots have reliably risen in a groove. |
|
|
- Establish a flexible hose of a brake and tighten a bolt of a hose (1) with an inhaling twisting moment
According to the specification. An inhaling twisting moment: a bolt of a flexible hose (b): 23 Н•м (2.3 kg th, 17.0 pounds-foots).
|
|
|
- The twisting moment of an inhaling of wheel nuts should correspond to the specification. An inhaling twisting moment: a wheel nut (c): 100 Н•м (10.0 kg th, 72.5 pounds-foots).
|
- After installation end, fill a tank with a brake liquid and pit air from brake system. Will perform check of work of a brake and check up all established parts about oil leak.
