Removal
|

- Disconnect a negative cable from the battery.
- Remove a drive belt газораспределительного the mechanism, having addressed to Section a drive Belt газораспределительного the mechanism and the tension device for a belt in this Chapter.
- Remove the generator and its arm.

|
- Remove a pulley of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism коленвала (3). To fix коленвал, use the special tool (the lock mechanism) with a gear wreath of a flywheel (1) (a wreath of a flywheel of a leading disk for models А/Т). Having fixed коленвал, remove a bolt of a pulley of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism коленвала (2). The special tool: () — 09927-56010.

- Remove маслосборник (3) and a grid of the oil pump (2), having addressed to Razdelu Maslosbornik and a grid of the oil pump in this Chapter.

- Having turned off bolts (2), remove the unit of the oil pump (1).
|

Dismantle
|
|
- Remove directing bolt of the index of level of oil (3) and take out the index (2) of the oil pump (1).

- Remove a plate of a rotor (1).
|
|
|
- Remove an external rotor (1) and an internal rotor (2).

Check
|
|
|
|
- Check up an oil edge of consolidation on defects or other damages. If necessary replace.
|
|
|
|
|
When put an oil lining (1), densely press it adjusting until its end face will not be drowned заподлицо with an end face of a casing of the oil pump (2). |

- Check up external and internal rotors, a plate of a rotor and a casing of the oil pump about excessive deterioration or damage.

Gauging
Radial backlash
Check up a radial backlash between an external rotor (1) and a casing, using калибромер. If the backlash is beyond restrictions, replace an external rotor or a casing. Limits of a radial backlash between an external rotor and a casing — 0.310 mm (0.0122 inches).

|
|

Installation
|
|
- Wash out, clean and then dry all disassembled parts.
- Put engine oil a thin layer on external and internal rotors (1), an oil edge of consolidation, and internal surfaces of a casing of the oil pump and a plate.
|
|
- Establish external and internal rotors (2) on a pump casing.
|
|
|
- Establish a rotor plate. Fasten 5 screws (1) to the specified rotating moment. After plate installation be convinced that mechanisms smoothly turn a hand. The rotating moment of an inhaling: screws of a plate of the oil pump () — 11 Н•м (1.1 kg th, 8.0 pound on foot).

- Put engine oil on a sealant of the index (3) and establish a sealant of the index and the index (2). Fasten directing bolt of the index of level of oil to the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a directing bolt of the index of level of oil () — 11 Н•м (1.1 kg th, 8.0 pound on foot).

Installation
|
|
- Establish two hairpins of the oil pump and a new lining of the oil pump on the block of cylinders.
|
|
- Not to damage or to turn an oil edge of consolidation at installation of the oil pump on коленвал, establish the special tool (the index of oil consolidation) on коленвал, and put engine oil on the special tool. The special tool: () — 09926-18210.
|
- Establish the oil pump on the block of cylinders.
- Establish the oil pump on the block of cylinders. As there are two types of bolts of the oil pump, address to drawing that correctly them to use and fasten them to the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment затяжки6 a bolt of the oil pump () — 11 Н•м (1.1 kg th, 8.0 pound on foot).

- Establish rubber consolidation between the oil pump and the water pump.
|
|
|
- Establish a key of a pulley of regulation of the moment of ignition (1) and a pulley of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism of the cranked lever (2). Correct installation of these parts is shown in drawing. Having fixed коленвал, twirl a bolt of a pulley of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism of the cranked lever (3) by the specified rotating moment.

- Establish a drive belt газораспределительного the mechanism, the tension device, a grid of the oil pump, маслосборник and the other parts concerning Sections the Belt of a drive газораспределительного of the mechanism and the tension device for a belt and Maslosbornik and a grid of the oil pump in this Chapter.
- Be convinced of that all removed parts again on a place. Establish all necessary parts which have not been established earlier.
- Adjust a tension of a belt of a drive газораспределительного the mechanism of the water pump, having addressed to Section Regulation and check of a tension of a belt of the cooling fan in the Head engine Cooling.
- Adjust a tension of a belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering or a tension of a belt of the compressor for А/Т if that is available. Address to Section the Engine in the Head Maintenance service and greasing.
- Fill the engine with engine oil, having addressed to Section Engine oil and the filter in the Head Maintenance service and greasing.
- Fill the case of forward differential трансмиссионным with oil, having addressed to Section Servicing in the Head Forward differential.
- Connect a negative cable to the accumulator.
- Be convinced of that antifreeze and oil do not leak on each socket.
- On termination of installation check up pressure of oil, having started the engine.
