Removal
|
|
- Take out oil щуп.
- Lift a vehicle and remove both lobbies of a wheel.
- Remove a box of the steering mechanism (4) from a vehicle.
- Remove the case of forward differential (1) with differential (2) from the chassis. Address to Section Removal in the Head Forward differential.

- Merge engine oil, having opened a drain stopper.
- Remove an element of rigidity of transmission if that is available.
- Remove the bottom plate of the case муфты (картера the hydrotransformer).
- Remove маслосборник and a grid of the oil pump (2) with картера.

Cleaning

- Inside маслосборника and the screen of a grid of the oil pump.
|

- Clean a condensed surface on маслосборнике and картере. Remove oil, old hermetic and a dust from a condensed surface.
|

|
Installation
|
|
- To facilitate and provide installation маслосборника, increase a backlash between the engine and the vehicle case according to the following procedure.
- Remove a rack support.
- Disconnect an exhaust pipe from an exhaust system collector.
- Remove nuts of fastening of the engine (right and left).
- By means of the adaptation for engine lifting at installation, lift the engine on 2 – 3 sm (about 1 inch).

Do not lift the engine more than it is specified above. It can lead to engine or transmission damage. |
|
- Put hermetic on the interfaced surface маслосборника (1) continuously. "And": hermetic 99000-31250.
|
|

- Put кольцеобразные consolidations (2), and establish a grid of the oil pump (3) on маслосборник (1). At first twirl grid bolts, and then a bolt of an arm with the specified rotating moment.
- The rotating moment of an inhaling:
- Bolt of a grid of the oil pump () — 11 Н•м (1.1 kg th, 8.0 pound on foot)
- Bolt of an arm of a grid of the oil pump (b) — 11 Н•м (1.1 kg th, 8.0 pound on foot)

- After installation маслосборника (4) on the pallet картера, insert tightening bolts and start to tighten at the centre: turn a wrench outside, twisting on one bolt at a time. Fasten bolts and nuts with the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt and a nut маслосборника () — 11 Н•м (1.1 kg th, 8.0 pound on foot).

- Lower the engine and fasten nuts of fastening of the engine with the specified rotating moment, having addressed to Section the Engine in this Chapter.
|
|
- Insert a new lining and a drain stopper (2) in маслосборник (1). Fasten a drain stopper with the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a drain stopper () — 50 Н•м (5.5 kg th, 36.5 pound on foot).
|
- Establish the bottom plate of the case муфты (картера the hydrotransformer).
- Connect an exhaust pipe №1 to an exhaust system collector, having addressed to Section an exhaust system Collector in this Chapter.
- Establish an element of rigidity of transmission on transmission and the cylinder block if that is available.
- Establish the case of forward differential according to procedure of the installation described in Section Installation in the Head Forward differential.
- Fill the case of forward differential трансмиссионным with oil, having addressed to Servicing in the Head Forward differential.
- Establish a box of the steering mechanism in a vehicle, having addressed to Section Carter of the wheel hydraulic booster in the Head System of the hydraulic booster of a wheel.
- Establish oil щуп.
- Fill the engine with engine oil, having addressed to Section Engine oil and the filter in the Head Maintenance service and greasing.
- Fill in in system of a steering with strengthening a special liquid, having addressed to Section the Liquid of the hydraulic booster of a wheel in the Head System of the hydraulic booster of a wheel.
- Check up, whether leaks engine oil, oil of differential and a steering liquid on each connection.
