The fuel pump

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Remove a fuel tank. Address to Section the Fuel tank in this Chapter.
  2. Remove knot of the fuel pump (1) from a fuel tank.

Check

Check up the filter of the fuel pump on dirt and pollution presence. If pollution is, clean and check up dirt presence in a fuel tank.

Installation

Repeat dismantle procedure upside-down for the purpose of installation, remembering the following.

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Use a new lining (2).
  2. Fasten bolts of the fuel pump to the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt of the fuel pump () — 5.0 Н•м (0.5 kg th, 3.5 pound on foot).
