Removal
|
|
- Take out oil щуп and lift the car.
- Allow to the engine to cool down, remove a drain stopper from the pallet картера and merge a liquid of an automatic transmission.
- Establish a drain stopper with a lining. The inhaling moment (a): 23 Н•м (2.3 kg th, 17.0 pounds-foots).
- Remove an arm of an exhaust pipe and disconnect forward карданный a shaft from forward differential (if is).
- Remove pallet bolts картера.
- Remove the pallet картера.
- Remove tubes for oil.
- Remove the solenoidal valve №1 (the solenoidal valve of switching and) or the solenoidal valve №2 (solenoidal valve TSS).

Work check
|
- Each time, removing solenoidal valves of switching and solenoidal valve TSS (blocking) from a transmission, check their physical serviceability before installation into place.
- Put a butterdish трансмиссионную a liquid on the solenoidal valve and, having squeezed hands, check up, that трансмиссионная the liquid from a butterdish did not leave apertures of the solenoidal valve when pressure of the battery is not connected.
- Under the conditions described above connect pressure of the battery and be convinced that the liquid vigorously leaves.

- If the liquid does not leave vigorously at performance of the second point of check, do not use repeatedly this solenoidal valve.
- In drawing check of the solenoidal valve of switching at the left is shown. Check up solenoidal valve TSS similarly.

Installation
For installation of solenoidal valves execute removal procedure upside-down, paying attention to the following:
|
|
- Use a new lining and the O-shaped ring.
|
- Establish tubes for oil in such sequence which is shown in drawing.
|
- Use a new lining of the pallet картера.
- Tighten universal фланцевые bolts and nuts of the hinge and bolts of an arm of an exhaust pipe to the specified value of the moment of an inhaling.
- Fill in трансмиссионную a liquid and check up its level as it is described earlier in Section liquid Replacement.
- After a warming up of an automatic transmission check up, whether there is no liquid leak.
