Components
Removal
|
|
- Dump fuel pressure.
- Disconnect a negative cable from the accumulator.
|
|
In order to avoid a burn, do not open a stopper of a drain aperture and a radiator cover if the engine and a radiator have not cooled down yet. A burning liquid and steam can be pulled out outside under pressure if the stopper and a cover are opened too early. |
- Remove a final hose of the air filter.
|
|
- Disconnect following electric conclusions:
- Valve socket рециркуляции the fulfilled gases
- Socket of the valve of the control of idling
- Socket of the gauge of position of the case throttle заслонок
- Socket of the gauge of absolute pressure in an inlet collector
- Clip of grounding from an inlet collector
- The gauge of the multidimensional adjusting characteristic
|
- Disconnect a rope of an accelerator and a cable of a drive throttle заслонок А/Т (for models А/Т) from the case throttle заслонок.
|
|
- Disconnect following hoses:
- Brake hose from an inlet collector
- Hose of compulsory ventilation картера from an inlet collector
- Vacuum hose of a regulator of fuel pressure from an inlet collector
- Vacuum hose from the valve of absolute pressure in an inlet collector
- Vacuum hose from an inlet collector
- Water hoses from the case throttle заслонок and a water bypass pipe
- Hose сапуна from the case throttle заслонок
- Hose of giving of fuel and returnable hose from each pipe

- Remove a pipe of giving of fuel with fuel injectors from a cylinder head.
- Remove forward and back elements of rigidity of an inlet collector.
- Disconnect a water pipe from an inlet collector.
|
|
- Remove an inlet collector (1) from a head of the cylinder (2), and then its lining (3).
|
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Repeat dismantling procedure upside-down for the purpose of installation, without forgetting about the following.
|
|
- Use a new lining for an inlet collector (1).
|
- Establish a pipe of giving of fuel with fuel injectors on a cylinder head.
|
|
- Adjust люфт a rope of an accelerator and люфт a cable of a drive throttle заслонок А/Т (for models А/Т).
|
- Check up, whether all removed parts are put into place. Repeatedly establish any necessary parts which have not been earlier established.
- Back fill cooling system, having addressed to Section Washing and filling of system of cooling in the Head engine Cooling.
- On termination of installation turn the ignition key on ВКЛ, leaving the engine switched off, and check up fuel leak.
- At last, include the engine and check up, whether engine antifreeze proceeds.
