Removal
|
|
- Lift a vehicle.
- Remove the case of forward differential (1) with differential (2), having addressed to Section Removal in the Head Forward differential.

- Disconnect муфту the gauge of an angle of rotation коленвала and remove the gauge of an angle of rotation коленвала, having turned off its bolt (if that is available).
- Merge engine oil, having opened a drain stopper (2).

- Remove the bottom plate of the case муфты (cases of the hydrotransformer for А/Т) (1).

- Remove маслосборник (3) and then a grid of the oil pump (2).

Cleaning
|
|
|
|
- Clear the interfaced surfaces маслосборника and the block of cylinders.
|
|
|
- Remove oil, old hermetic and a dust from the interfaced surfaces and inside маслосборника.
|
|
|
- Clear a grid of the oil pump.
|
|
|
Installation
|
|
- Put hermetic on the interfaced surface маслосборника continuously. "And": hermetic 99000-31250.
|
|
"And" — 2 mm (0.05 inches)

- Place new consolidation (2) in that place.
|
|
- Establish a grid of the oil pump (1) and маслосборник (3). At first twirl a grid bolt, and then an arm bolt by the specified rotating moment.
- The rotating moment of an inhaling:
- Bolt of a grid of the oil pump (): 11 Н•м (1.1 kg th, 8.0 pound on foot)
- Bolt of an arm of a grid of the oil pump (b): 11 Н•м (1.1 kg th, 8.0 pound on foot)

- After adjustment маслосборника to the block of cylinders, insert tightening bolts and start to tighten at the centre: turn a wrench outside, twisting on one bolt at a time.

|
- Fasten bolts and nuts to the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt and a nut маслосборника () — 11 Н•м (1.1 kg th, 8.0 pound on foot).

|
|
- Insert a new lining and a drain stopper in маслосборник (1). Fasten a drain stopper to the specified rotating moment. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a drain stopper () — 50 Н•м (5.5 kg th, 36.5 pound on foot).

|
- Establish the bottom plate of the case муфты (hydrotransformer) (1).
|
|
|
- Establish the gauge of an angle of rotation коленвала (1) and connect it муфту. The rotating moment of an inhaling: a bolt of the gauge of an angle of rotation коленвала () — 10 Н•м (1.0 kg th, 7.5 pound on foot).
|
- Establish the case of forward differential with differential, having addressed to Section Installation in the Head Forward differential.
- Fill the case of forward differential трансмиссионным with oil, having addressed to Section Servicing in the Head Forward differential.
- Fill in the engine with engine oil, having addressed to Section Engine oil and the filter in the Head Maintenance service and greasing.
- Check up, whether leaks engine oil and трансмиссионное oil from outside each connection.
