Transmission removal
In salon
|
|
- Remove the gear change lever as it is described in the given Chapter in Section the gear change Lever.
- Remove the handle of the lever of a gear change.

In an engine compartment
|
|
- Disconnect "minus" (–) a battery cable.
- Remove a hose сапуна (3) from a clip сапуна (2) on the back end of a head of the cylinder.

- Remove fixing bolts (1) and a nut (2) starters, then remove a starter (3).
|

- Remove fixing bolts of transmission (1).

On the lift
|
|
- Merge oil from transmission and transfer.
|
|
- At transmission and transfer removal only for service of coupling transmission oil can to be merged.
- To work, without merging transfer oil, it is possible, if forward карданный the shaft is removed together with a transmission and transfer.
|
- Remove forward and back карданные shaft as it is described in Head Kardannye shaft, in Razdele Kardannyj a shaft.
- Remove exhaust pipes №1 and №2 as it is described in the Head release System, in Section Components.
- Remove the working cylinder of coupling from a transmission. The coupling hose can to be disconnected from the working cylinder.
- Remove the bottom plate of the case of coupling.
- Disconnect сцепки from the switch of a full drive, the switch of illumination and the gauge of speed and release their wires from clips.

- Remove nuts (1) from connection with the engine.
|
|
|
- By means of a jack for a transmission (1) remove a back fixing part of the engine (2), having removed its bolts.
|
- Having removed a fixing part (2), pull back a transmission and the transfer which is on a jack for a transmission (1), and then lower them.
- Remove wire connections (3) and a hose сапуна (4).
- Separate the case of the lever of switching of gear wheels (5) and transfers (or the case-extension piece at model with a drive on two wheels) (2) from a transmission (1).
